Hello, my name is Alan Ringmeier. I am an ASHI home inspector and a nationally certified radon measurement specialist. I enjoy my profession. Assisting others to make a wise home purchase is very satisfying.

Townline is a one person service. As such, I can guarantee you a quality, thorough home inspection. It is my policy never to schedule more than two inspections a day so that I can give each inspection the time and attention it deserves.

You are encouraged to be present during the inspection so that I can point out any concerns and discuss how to keep your future home well maintained. You will receive a comprehensive, picture-filled, easy-to-understand report within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of the inspection.

Important skills that set an inspector apart from others is knowledge, experience, and the ability to communicate well with others. The following unsolicited comments that I have received from customers will reassure you that I possess these skills.

Just a note to let you know I have received your report. I am still going over it in detail. At this point, I would say I am most pleased with your complete overview and specific area inspection of this house. This is very helpful in going forward with a purchase giving one peace of mind. You were very professional, informative, and personal, answering all the questions I had. The report with good photos is great. I consider myself fortunate to have contracted with your company. I wish you and yours well. Keep up the good work.
